We are looking for an awesome Product Manager who can own the ManageTeam product. In this role, you are expected to:
- Work with the Senior Management and key clients to develop and refine the product roadmap.
- Prioritize the user stories for each sprint and guide the ManageTeam development squad during the sprint.
- Provide the final quality check when accepting user stories.
- Guide the development of automated tests for regression testing.
- Focus on improving the user satisfaction (as measured by our NPS) and use it as guide to update the product roadmap.
You must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting (references a must). MBA highly desired
- A real ownership mindset both to learn and apply learnings to the current problems. Be highly adaptable and outcome oriented
- Knowledge of ‘Business of IT’ (i.e., how IT departments are organized and funded in large enterprises) desired but not necessary
- Location: anywhere in India with long term intent of moving to Bangalore/ Hyderabad
